South African Organisational Development Network (SAODN)
TOOLS OF GREATNESS is a member of the SAODN - a networking group for OD professionals and people interested in the field - primarily focused on people living in South Africa. Janet du Preez facilitates the Gauteng SAODN committee.
African Mosaic is the only organisation in South Africa officially licensed to train Strengths Performance Coaches accredited by the Gallup Organisation and Gallup University. Janet du Preez is an Associate Coach of African Mosaic trained by the Gallup Organisation as a Strengths Performance Coach for individuals and teams and as a Strengths Explorer facilitator.
