IMPROViD, originally Leaders of Learners , was established by founder member, Belia Nel, an internationally Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). They specialise in improving organisational performance through aligning people, processes and strategies. Focus areas are:

IMPROViD provides a strategic and practical Performance Improvement service to enhance performance at individual, process and organisational levels by focusing on results. Our approach is specialist and driven by the needs of our clients to develop performance systems and performance consulting capacity. We will partner with you to identify performance needs and implement a best practice Performance Improvement framework, develop a tailor-made performance model and conduct performance audits and assessments.
