Objectives of the programme

Methodology:  GLC has designed all interventions to be motivational in nature, and include life skill components aligned to the work levels of the client.  For an impactful and inspiring intervention, we use the Consciousness Coaching Methodology to address the gaps that will come up during the sessions.  We also address the demands made on PAs by business in the 21st Century i.e. awareness around company policies, corporate governance, brand reputation and  risk management, diversity  etc.
